There are currently 40 outstanding work completion sheets . This is totally unacceptable and needs to be priority to clear up . Without these we cannot invoice . It’s now the 14th of December and we have done no invoices this month again this is not good enough. I don’t want excuses get the team to pick these up . If it’s our fault because our workman for get or don’t bother we need to address this as well
I have to report weekly on how much we have invoiced and what outstanding paperwork there is , you can imagine the response I got from today’s report .
Lastly I assume all P.O are up to date as I have not heard anything or seen any e mails saying otherwise.
We had a great month last month but it seems the wheels have fallen off again the end of the year will be on use before you know it so let’s get it done NOW .
