Statement of the Problem.
The aim of this research is study about what is the factor effect to nursing students with low performance in English . It’s will also show the way to improve this problems .English has become an international language and is use widely throughout world as a second language. Asia currently prepares to The Association of South East Asian Nations including 10 countries of Asia . Then they will open Asia Economic Community for develops economic and use English language for contact with each other. Actually they settle the Mutual Recognition Arrangements : MRAs with 7 major must be on international base quality including Medical Practitioners, Dental Practitioners, Nursing Services, Architectural Services, Surveying Qualifications, Accountancy Services and Engineering Services. Thailand is the famous country of foreigner for travel , Education , Economic and Health care service and also have high quality of health care . But almost Thai people can’t use English language as well even study when was young. One of most importance English skill is listening and speaking .That we do the research with nursing students because they have to care and service with many foreigners in the future , Have to contact with each other country . It’s related to country problems if they low performance in English language because it effect to economic of health care service of country .So we do this research because want to know why almost people especially nursing students can’t use English language as well , what’s the factors , and how to solve this problems etc. For develops English skill to international base line and get more chance high position in working.

วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้ คือการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่ำในภาษาอังกฤษ มันก็จะแสดงวิธีการที่จะปรับปรุงปัญหานี้ ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาสากล และมีการใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายทั่วโลกในฐานะภาษาที่สองเอเชียในขณะนี้เตรียมที่จะสมาคมประชาชาติแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ทั้ง 10 ประเทศของเอเชีย แล้วพวกเขาจะเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจเอเชียเพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ และใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อกับแต่ละอื่น ๆ จริงๆแล้ว พวกเขาจัดการการรับรู้ร่วมกันจัด : อาศัยอยู่กับ 7 หลักต้องเป็นคุณภาพฐานระหว่างประเทศ รวมทั้งแพทย์ แพทย์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทันตกรรมบริการพยาบาล , สถาปัตยกรรมบริการสำรวจคุณสมบัติ บริการการบัญชีและบริการวิศวกรรม ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่มีชื่อเสียงของชาวต่างชาติ ท่องเที่ยว การศึกษา เศรษฐกิจ และการดูแลสุขภาพบริการและมีคุณภาพสูงของการดูแลสุขภาพ แต่เกือบทุกคนที่ไทยไม่สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี แม้การศึกษาเมื่ออายุยังน้อยหนึ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดทักษะภาษาอังกฤษคือ การฟังและการพูด ว่าเราทำวิจัยกับนักศึกษา เพราะจะต้องดูแลและให้บริการแก่ชาวต่างชาติมากมายในอนาคต ต้องติดต่อกับแต่ละอื่น ๆ ประเทศ มันเกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาประเทศ หากพวกเขาต่ำประสิทธิภาพในภาษาอังกฤษ เพราะมันมีผลต่อเศรษฐกิจของบริการการดูแลสุขภาพของประเทศดังนั้นที่เราทำวิจัยเรื่องนี้ เพราะต้องการที่จะรู้ว่าทำไมเกือบทุกคน โดยเฉพาะนักศึกษาพยาบาลไม่สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี สิ่งที่เป็นปัจจัย และวิธีการแก้ปัญหา ฯลฯ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานระหว่างประเทศและได้รับโอกาสมากขึ้นที่ตำแหน่งสูงในการทำงาน
