Worst problem-solving practice ever! Flight BKK - Tokyo was cancelled without any solid or tangible explanation. Airlines staff provided little to no assistance onsite. No seats on next available flight nor partner airlines (if they do have one) were offered. Customer Service is very uninformative and the management is very slow in responding to inquiries. This airlines definitely needs to be more customer-centric, at least show us you are trying hard enough to come up with a satisfiable solution. After all, I still believe this is a decent airlines, except for their management and customer relations teams
