Yes, as incremental change needs to happen “slow and steady.” If all the changes in Nestle has
happened at explosion instead of over a stretched period of time then all might not have gone
well with the company. Nestle should first identify the necessary alignment which was needed
between the various acquisitions which have been taking place as well as how they can
implement their strengths and make them much better. With this slow and steady approach, it
will give Nestle a promising chance to keep up with their core values which have been sustained
over the years as well as sustain strength rather than working towards changing it completely in
one go (Economist 2005).
