Job Scope : Overseeing and implementing overall human resources development plan and tools incorporate with Brand Lub D needs, career development, talent management, succession planning and management associate. There may be additional scope of responsibility due to business expansion and requirement.
Accountability:
- Identify, assess current and future training & development needs through Lub D business target & needs, career path, annual performance assessment and consultation with line managers.
- Design, develop, plan and implement training program / curriculum and learning methodology to meet brand Lub D and individual needs identification - Design, plan, organize training & development plan incorporate with functional requirements.
- Ensure the training & development program are aligning and enabling career development, talent management, succession planning and management associate.
- Assess & follow up training & development program to ensure knowledge and practice are implemented after T&D ended up in place.
- Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation
