1. Receiving actual medical expenses paid according to the limit set by law.
2. Receiving wages during treatment according to the set rate by the Company for the whole sick time but not over 1 year as the doctor references in case unable to work for more than 3 days continuously.
3. Being damage to the body, functional illness or disabled, employees are recompensed according to the type of disability as specified by law.
If workmen’s compensation office considers that rehabilitation is necessary, he/she will be recompensed for it as specified by law.
4. In the case of death, recompense for cremation is paid to legal successor specified by law. Exceptions in which recompense is not applied are as follows.
