Theoretical analysis and experiment results ofthe testing device
as shown in Fig. 6 demonstrate that the design of basic token-ring
response algorithm is successful. Since, the system of real-time
Modbus/TCP adopting basic token-ring response algorithm and
embedded hardware platform based on LPC2400 have been used
in an intelligent electronic sewing machine as shown in Fig. 12,
and we get a sample shown in Fig. 13. Our work is the purpose
of remotely controlling an intelligent electronic sewing machine.
The sewing machine needles controller has the highest priority and
best real-time, and additional configuration registers have not strict
real-time requirements. So, basic token-ring response algorithm
just meets the sewing machine remote control.
