As I said, I only heard from my staff about the reason of this problem, I do not understand the actual cause why invoices was not issue on time with last bill placing date. That’s why I suggested to have a meeting with all concern about invoicing in order to find out the root cause and C/M.
As you requested for advance order sheet 2 days before delivery, it’s impossible at all. Current Kanban come only 1 day before delivery or some trip come on the same day of delivery.
About customer calendar, actually it is informed every month in production meeting. But if A/C and Sea Logistics need it individually or need something else, let’s discuss.
