Thank you for information, I have ordered extra part for TVS to gear up their readiness to take VMT repair. TVs also need time to organize their stock and build up the service capability on hsm products
TVS can repair scanner sometime Nov, but as for this specific VX9, I foresee they need some time to prepare it - I’m still working with them to take up on the rest of product.
As your concern about CPR’s service level time repairing this sku (i.e. VX9B701AFF2A0AET), I’d suggest you return VX9 to sg depot temporary while TVS is setup up for hsm service.
If you have VX9 return sg for service, I’ll support you the cost of freight .To reimburse you this cost, you can indicate it as separate line in your monthly ASP report, and we process that accordingly.
I can arrange a spare unit stocked up in your office while you can use it to do exchange while you returning the faulty unit to sg for service (if any).
To return VX9, you can drop the request to me/Aloysius directly requesting the RMA.
