May I please be forwarded to a manager. I prefer to contact you than write negative reviews. I'm writing to request a partial refund for my stay last night. I did not bring up my issue this morning as it seemed English was difficult for her to understand.
However, my stay was disappointing. I chose you over several properties half the price for a variety of reasons. First, I was told someone would be waiting for me at airport but I had to borrow a phone to call as no one was there.
Most importantly, I desperately needed a night of sleep. Unfortunately I had nearly none. The whole night I heard other people and the elevator. I could not sleep and if did, was woken again and again. I really paid extra to have sleep.
