Thailand renewed its support especially on solar by replacing the adder program. The new scheme announced in 2013 is called the Feed-In-Tariff (FIT). A FIT scheme is a fixed price per kWh. The official announcement was made on the 6th September 2013 by the energy regulatory commission (ERC). Table 1.1 summarizes the capacity and FIT received for each class. The ERC limited the duration of documents submission and limited the capacity accepted to a total of 200 MW.
