Dear Sinchai,
The only test that is interesting is the full nitrogen test (N2).
All mix test results with CO2/N2 are available on the internet and most companies do use mixtures.
There is a principal difference between CO2 and N2 in what happen to the organism and why some organism need to be treated with CO2.
Most can be killed with pressure and replacement of air like Nitrogen or Argon. Some need to have CO to get killed too.
As far as I have read and seen in the scientific research is for the goal of contamination of rice no CO needed. Only pressure and replacement of oxygen. This is based on the reported absent of living materials that need CO2 treatment.
Meaning with the pressures we have in mind and N2 all is decontaminated.
Regarding the vessel system I have to remind that there are parts missing because of decisions made by URMAT/ Arvind due to the budget problems. The original test and design system has a booster for topping up to 50 BarG and reclaim booster. The system in Chiang Rai has the reclaim booster, the in the design needed vacuum pump and heater still missing. The Budget per vessel to build was 3.000.000 baht. The option was one vessel two vessel or three vessel system.
The system would be able to work with CO2, mi CO2/N2 or pure N2as processing gas.
The Nitrogen generating system as it now is exist of five parts and is able to generate Nitorgen Gas.
I do hope this explains a lot to you
Ben
