Yes should be selected if the actual physical part has been marked. No should be chosen if there is a parts marking requirement on the design drawing, but the part is not marked. Not Applicable can be selected if weight, dimensioning, or surface does not permit marking.
When a referenced node contains a material of the relevant classification, but is not a component (for example a semi-component), parts marking information must be entered for the parent component.
