Gac (Momordica cochinchinensis Spreng) is a Southeast Asian fruit found throughout the region from Southern China to Northeastern Australia, including Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam. Gac fruit is climber vines, the leaves are heart-shaped or oval-shaped spade. The flower will blossom between the leaves, petals white yellowish. The fruit is shaped oval and round. Its exterior skin is covered in small spines while its dark red interior consists of clusters of fleshy pulp and seeds. The light is green yellowish, when riped it turn to red.
