• Planning, scheduling and controlling for completion in network system
products installation, maintenance, service problem solving and report
to both customer and regional HQ.
• Promptly response to customer request and on-site both on-call
and schedule for maintenance & service works 24x7 to archive
in service KPI and satisfy to customer.
• Responsibility on maintenance execution teamwork activities
for planned maintenance tasks including contractor selection,
scheduling of works, review of task completion and standard report creation
• Co-ordinate and work as team with engineering support team in SEA, factory in Japan
and other countries on support and service information update,
incident tracking, problem solving solutions and available to travel to
other countries for provide support to regional.
• Maintaining customer site system data and information including equipment,
maintenance records, service logs tracking
and ensuring drawing systems and site data are up-to-date.
• Preparation and control backup and service tools and utilize usage
and investment planning to ensure continuous
improvement in service and support to customer.
• Response to work in both of day and night time
and also standby at customer site 24 hour 7 days as request
• Response to work within deadline and under pressure
