Moisture, nitrogen, ash, fat, carbohydrate and total deity fiber of
rice sample were determined according to the AOAC methods
(Memmert heating and drying oven, Germany; Gerhardt kjeldahl,
Germany; Electrothermal Soxhlet extractor, England) (AOAC,
1995). The moister = 8.4 ± 0.02%, crude oil = 21.76 ± 0.01%,
protein = 10.82 ± 0.03%, ash = 4.5 ± 0.09% and other compounds
= 54.51% were founded in rice brain. The oils obtained by
ultrasound-assisted aqueous extraction were analyzed for color by
UV–vis spectrophotometry.
