The mortality of 3-d-old eggs of western flower thrips varied with exposure durations and PH3 concentrations. The time
estimates and parameters of regression of probit mortality of log time at fixed concentrations are shown in Table 2. The
time required for the same mortality was progressively lower when the PH3 concentrations increased from 0.31 to 1.88mgL−1 at 5 ◦C. The heterogeneity was higher at 0.31 and 0.63mgL−1, and decreased to a value below 1.0 at higher concentrations at 5 ◦C.
