I would like to update to you regarding viva email could not be sent to some of the
recipient and also hotmail.
The problem is because viva current internet connection ip address is black listed.
the cause of the problem can be varies such as mass sending out email to many
email address at once, by this IP address or may be some other company which
is using the same IP address class with VIVA.
I have been in cooperation with Email server provider already and we have tried to remove
the IP from being black listed however the action shall be taken care by IP address provider
which is TOT. I have report the issue to TOT so now waiting for their reply
on how can they fix this for us or give us new IP address. The process can takes
time as they also have to investigate why their IP is being black listed.
My best advice for now is that sending email to these email address or domain name
below can still be done from vivacreativestudio.com but it can not be sent from
viva ip address, it need to be sent from other IP address such as connecting your notebook
computer to use internet from 3G network of mobile phone instead.
While other domain or email address can still be sent and receive email normally with
viva permanent internet connection but please try not to sent mass email to many recipient at
once because that how the email server algorith may see the as sending out spam.
