III. CRM IN E-BUSINESS
E-business and CRM are two creations which are deemed
to bring faster and higher return to business. In order to
illustrate the business whole impression to customers, it
becomes more important to coordinate on the basis of CRM
and E-business purchasing process. Business must consider Echannel
and E-business as a part of integrated strategy, which
can avoid channel conflict, as well as return of customer
relationship maximization.
