This 90-day curriculum is designed for all new employees joining Schneider Electric as well as any employee interested in gaining an introduction to Schneider Electric. It includes foundational training on Schneider Electric’s history, our business and strategy, our customers and competitors, our Principles of Responsibility and sustainability initiatives. The curriculum is comprised of mandatory and optional courses and must be completed within 90 days after the assigned date. A follow-up online evaluation must also be completed in order to receive completion credit. The cumulative training hours including all languages amounts to 40 hours 5 min. of training; however the training requirements in itself amount to 6 hours 30 min. only given the language chosen.
