Job Responsibility:-
• Responsible for managing marketing mix for a portfolio of TOA products including :New product launch, product positioning, branding, packaging development, developing price analysis and set competitive pricing, set channel strategy and promotion as appropriate so as to achieve both brand awareness and sales target
• Develop competitive marketing promotion and retail campaign to ensure the most effectiveness of variable marketing budget spending
• Increase distributor sales & profits by advertising retail offers with themed events and supporting distributor activity
• Initiate and develop Retail Communication Programs to generate consumer interest and sales traffics for both company and distributor success
• Responsible for creating support tools such as POPs, premiums, customer software, sales kit, shop decoration
• Responsible for supporting Technical Service team with customer seminar and workshops both inside and outside especially in upcountry areas local marketing events
• Build relationship with customers via sponsorship program particularly with government organization and independent garage associations, etc.
• Act as a coordinator for customer complaints and solve customer facing issues including product/ packaging issues
• Plan and Manage annual Advertising and Promotion expense within given budget
