While we was preparing roasted onion and peppers, his child was crying because of hungriness. He tried to stop his child from crying, but the little boy didn't stop. In consequence, he was angry, then he took the cooked paste of northern noodle which wasn't done yet to feed his child. Since its taste was very spicy, Ong ong ate it with vegetables. This seemed that the taste was better. He really liked it and distributed it to his neighbors. They alsolike the paste ofOng Mong and they called it"Nam Prik Pu Ong". The name was changed to"Nam Prig ong" which was shorter and people used habitually
