Protein from fish
everyone understands naturally that we have to live to live on food. but it is not all who realized that some kinds of food are not useful to live on. many people worry about their health. they think they are too fat or too skinny , so they go diets or eat more foods. they do not understand that if you eat a variety of healthful foods, your physical condition will be better and healthier.
all foods contain nutrients that are needed by the body to grow and to work properly. there are six important kinds of nutrients. they are carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water.
we will talk about one of those nutrients.
protein. what's protein? lf you look at webster's dictionary, you will find the follfwing definition:
1.any of a group of nitrogenous organic compounds of high molecular weight, synthesized by plants, that upon hydrolysis dy enzymes yield amino acids, and that in animal metabolism are required for all life process.
2.(formally) a substance thought to be the essential nitrogenou
s component of all rosanic bodies.
3.biochemist of the nature of or containing protein.
therefore protein helps to build and maintain the body. lt is found in meat, fish, dried peas and some fruits and vegetables.
we con find protein from meat and fish. lf you think that we should not eat anim. that is good. we have more choices. peas and some fruits or vegetables are substitutes.
