2.4.1 PURPOSE
The purpose of safety meetings is to provide a communication flow on safety matter.
Topics to be discussed shall include, but are not limited to: -
1. Management safety concerns
2. Employee safety concerns
3. Accident/incident investigation
4. Reporting and follow-up status of unsafe conditions and practices
5. Fire and emergency situations since the last safety meeting
6. Work procedures
7. Personal protective equipment
8. Training
9. Personal Safety
