• Manage all filing and prepare documents to support operation department
• Prepare presentation for meeting / take notes in internal meeting
• Prepare and organize relevant reporting or other document production as assigned
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling appropriately
• Handle internal / external correspondence as required
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in preparing presentation, power point, excel and word skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English
