Conclusions
To conclude, the exercise instruction, which should be conducted in order to produce better outcomes over a longer period, can be further improved, and this study provides evidence to support the clinical application and further research of HQG as a form of traditional Chinese ‘‘mind–body’’
exercise for the rehabilitation of patients with COPD.
