After reviewing what happened the reason why seller performance restricted the ASIN B011X7SLTK is because as the notification says because of a buyer complaint if you want to get the ASIN reinstated please do the following.
Please send a plan of action to seller-performance-policy@amazon.com with information on what you will do to prevent complaints in the future as well as information on the detail page itself as I see the title has the following phrase 'New&Unbox' which is something that is not allowed to add in the title and it could be part of the reason why the ASIN got blocked.
But as stated if you want to get the ASIN unblocked please follow the steps given and you should be able to get it reinstated for you to sell.
