Good night Yuva.
Now is as good a time as any to start using the gmail account. The other account will stop letting me in soon. I saw that you sent your last email to both addresses. I hear what Mac is saying, and while I understand his thoughts, I think you are basically correct. Most of Meaw's concerns are easy to read. She misses you and Mac. Her friends remaining in Thailand I am sure she misses, but we know friends come and go. When you are around, you are cool. When you are away, you are forgotten. Even my friends in California don't really send emails anymore. Of course when I visit, they make a big deal out of the trip and make sure we all get together. The last time I was there, I hardly noticed the place. It was looking all run down and in need of lots of paint! The truth is, everything changes. If you leave and try to go back, it just never seems to be the way you remember it. Whenever I went home to visit my family, it just never felt right. So I just never went home. I stayed in California and eventually ended up in Colorado. When it comes time to retire, I will retire where ever my heart takes me. I do not think I will stay in Colorado. Too cold in the winter. Summer visits to Ohio to see the grandchildren would be good. Brooke most likely will end up in Louisiana. So I may have to go there to visit also.
Pandora has learned to run up and down stairs close, but never cut in front of me. At around 88Kg. I am not someone anyone wants me to step on. I have stepped on her twice. So she has learned, the big guy can do more harm than good if she gets in the way. She is especially funny when I am carrying a clothes basket full of clothes back up from the basement to my bedroom so I can fold all the clothes. She runs to the stairway, waits for me to show up to turn off the lights. Runs to the top of the stairs for to turn off the last light. Then runs like mad to the next stairway to go up to my bedroom. Once I get there, she runs like mad to my bed. Hoping of course I will dump all those warm clothes on her! I don't. But she is allowed to have her dreams.
Thailand's Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will be visiting Singapore for the opening of ceremony of the Global Young Scientists Summit 2015. The Straits Times of Singapore did the reporting. It was a small article. The picture they posted was almost as large as the article they reported on. The rest of the news is out of the west and they are still catching up with the Third Gender piece of the new constitution for Thailand. I am sure the west will devote a lot of print to that particular subject.
Pleasant dreams and sleep well! I think about you always. You are never far from my current thoughts. Even when I am working I will stop and think about you to regroup and get focused.
Hugs & Kisses!
