First of all, please check the order status because this may be a case of part shipment.
If all items are confirmed to be shipped and you have a missing item, then, please contact customer center immediately.
We can check the orders only if it is reported within 7 days of receipt.
Package with same content will be weighed and compared with the pacakge you have received.
When confirmed to be missing, we will ship the item in separate package and if item is sold out, then it will be refunded immediately.
