Hi Archel, for every payment that is done in BPD, we monitor that the bank confirms that it processed successfully and this is how we proactively know if there is an issue or not. We need to understand why Citibank confirmed this transaction in the CFX Tool even if it was not successful. This is not usual.
As for SAP, yes the payment is done and SL is cleared. From going back to the emails, I think Thailand team had some urgent requirement that is why this was handled manually by local finance. I have copied LR and Hazel. Can you please discuss with them together with the market if there is any impact to our process, and how should we monitor , track and document this exception? I think there are around 120 items but since the market handled the work around, we really do not have any further action. Obviously, we can support as required.
