@Adam9163 I think based on what i have read so far ,when we are awake (and also 14+ years old ) we continuously produce Beta Brainwaves! i don't know if these pure binaural bits will help you concentrate but i would choose Gamma Brainwaves for that! Gamma Brainwaves have higher frequency above all brainwaves! so i guess it would help!Don't stay too long though in Gamma because you will experience headaches I would recommend to do your research as well but i think you will end up in this ending

@wuugie Google 'Science Direct Binaural Auditory' and click the third link (Binaural Auditory Beats Affect Vigilance...) There are a few studies surrounding it. Neurologists are really starting to look into it. I think it does work, although without the music, I tend to get a headache. With the music, my ears start to throb (I know there are binaural beats [probably theta] when that happens, lol; it doesn't happen with any normal songs)
