In order to ensure customer satisfaction, Innovative Widgets requires regular monitoring and reporting of customer service performance.
It is the end of the 4th quarter for the 2015 financial year. Your manager, Mary White, has asked you to review customer service information (refer to customer satisfaction survey and performance information in appendix 7, pg 145) and prepare a 3 to 5 pages management report containing 4 sections on :
a) Review and analyse customer satisfaction level
b) Identify and recommend changes to Innovative Widgets’s customer service strategies to improve and maintain customer service standards
c) recommendation of future monitoring and reporting system on customer satisfaction results
d) recommendations on the system used to record and reporting customer satisfaction data
