According to the new definition in the score card, I need some assistance and clarification for the following:
· Definition of Accumulated sales activation volume
· Formula stated is based on accumulated sales activation rate. However, the rate provided is based on the weekly activation rate only which is not feasible in term of the purpose of the KPI.
· 1 year warranty is given to the end user and how can we measure the service cost on the sales activation rate vs the return volume within the specific week? It should be 1 year or 52 weeks accumulated sales activation volume
