According to a⁄ and b⁄ parameters, the reduction of colour saturation
C⁄ was observed (Table 3). Carrot saturation (C⁄) after
application of ultrasound at a frequency of 35 kHz for 10 and
20 min decreased. However, a longer treatment time (30 min)
caused a greater reduction of chroma (C⁄) for both frequencies.
