Job description :
1.Explore the market info, for inquiry, comparison, price negotiation, selected the suitable suppliers;
2.Implement purchasing plan, sign contract and order, confirm the delivery, price, terms of payment;
3.Track the delivery, assist to solve the quality problem;
4.Changing or refunding the defective product and follow up the situation;
5.Confirm the production plan, place orders according to production plan;
6.Maintenance report, such as fund plan and etc.;
7.Inventory control, analysis more than 90 days inventory weekly, make the audit form;
8.Other task assigned by the superiors.
Job requirements :
1.Diploma and above, economic class, mechanical or related major is preferred;
2.2-3 years working experience in procurement;
3.With good English ability;
4.Familiar with the quality of environment system, such as ISO9001, TS16949、ISO14001&OHSAS18001 and etc.
5.Strong interpersonal communication skills, good business negotiation skills and cost consciousness;
6.Have good professional ethics, earnest rigorous, decisive and justice;
7.Good physical quality, can adapt to work overtime.
