MSDs in various body regions of rubber tappers
Table 4 shows the distribution of MSDs on various parts of the
body of the participants. Using a cut off point of pain score at less
than score 3 as no pain and score 3 or higher as pain, the distribution
of mean and median of pain score at the back was slightly
higher than those in other regions. Low back pain was the most
common MSDs in our participants (52.9%), followed by leg pain
(14.8%) while pain in the upper arms, lower arms, wrists, and neck
pain were infrequently found
