We at TotalStay Group are striving to improve how we work with our partners and we are writing to advise you that we are currently implementing the latest in payment technology to simplify and improve the way we pay you.
From 15th July onwards TotalStay Group will begin settling all invoices via Virtual Credit Card whilst retaining your current payment terms. You will not need to change any of your current processes in respect of invoicing. You will receive an email remittance with a link to the Credit card details instead of the normal wire transfer. Please confirm to payments@exclusivelyhotels.com if your email address has changed or you require the remittance to be sent to an alternative email address.

• No need to wait for money to clear, you can process the payment the day we generate it
• Payment by Virtual Credit Card removes any problems with bank details
• You control when the payment is receipted by you. This assists with payment reconciliation
• Payments are guaranteed by MasterCard
• At TotalStay Group we have introduced dedicated resources and an email address to deal with any queries.
How will the new payment process work?
- Our payment provider WEX will send an email stating the total amount of the payment and a link which you click to access your virtual credit card number, expiry date and security code. The link has an expiry date therefore once you have opened the link we advise you to process the transaction via your credit card machine as soon as possible.
- You can only charge a maximum of the amount we have advised as per your remittance advice; you will not be able to exceed this value.
You will get a new email with new card details each time we authorise your monthly payments. Your payment terms remain the same as before however you can take the payment the day we generate it.
This payment option reflects our commitment to improving the service we offer and ensuring the best payment methods are available to all our partners.
