VM increased the acid phosphatase activity by
5.70–18.78, 4.69–17.09 and 0.78–17.02% when compared to the
other fertilizer treatments under low, medium and high irrigation
levels, respectively. Under the low and medium irrigation levels,
the catalase activity in VM was significantly higher than that in
the other fertilizer treatments, while under 70–80%f, there was nosignificant difference among the fertilizer treatments, and the highest
activity of soil catalase was obtained in HM. VM increased the
urease activity by 7.61–27.65, 2.77–26.43 and 7.30–33.91% compared
to the other fertilizer treatments under low, medium and
high irrigation levels, respectively.
At the later fruit harvesting stage, irrigation level affected the
activities of acid phosphatase and catalase in soils significantly, but
did not affect soil urease activity (Fig. 4). In VM and CM, medium
irrigation level had the highest activity of soil catalase, and high
irrigation level decreased soil catalase activity compared to low
and medium irrigation levels (Fig. 4).
