Regarding engineering sign-off, I believe we need to ask Khun Poubase to identify a local UK engineer to provide this needed function. Pete, please check with your SWFC engineering department and try to identify the right person for this. Assuming all goes well with the budgetary pricing, he or she will need to fly to Thailand for an initial meeting and maybe one more time for final inspection prior to shipping.
