This study has the objective to study the effects of ethanol and temperature on the growth ability of yeast cells compared with Pichia kudriavzevii and Saccharomyces cerevisiae SC90 on agar YPD (Yeast Extract Peptone Dextrose) with the addition of ethanol concentrations of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 percent by volume. Then incubated at 30, 35 and 40 degrees Celsius.
