Conclusion
According to the results of this study, it can be
concluded that PP imposes some changes in placental
structures including increment of blood
vessels of chorionic villi and a decrease in villous
surface fibrin volume, all of which might eventually
lead to placental malfunction. Thus, it can be
concluded that impairment in situation of implantation
in PP can cause significant changes in the
structure of placenta that may be influential on the
evolution and survival of fetus.
