1. INTRODUCTION
Fish consumption has been a common practice by human since the pre historic era. It is important to highlight a key contribution that fish provides to human nutrition as well as the positive impact on health. It is an arrant fact that they received different emphasis both in developed countries and developing. For many developing country communities, especially those living close to coastal and inland waters, fish are the dominant food of animal source. In Bangladesh, 75% of daily protein consumption comes from fish.
