According to our BDR team, they had an issue with Vision and was told it was Opera’s problem. They are not very happy with the service received from IMAS as a result.
Would you be kind enough to reach out to the customer and see if you can resolve the problem and repair the relationship?
They have asked about switching partners… That would be our last resort. It would be good if you can reach out to them, and let us know the progress.
