As you are well aware…. We delayed a lot the opening. I will not bother you with the reasons of it (designer delivering extremely late the technical drawings, Eat Me management paying a lot of attention to the minimal details, ……). Fact is that now we are open, with a very good staff (Spanish chef under the direct guidance of executive chef from Eat Me, very experienced GM (he opened and managed all the Whisgars venues),. Probably in around 2 weeks time we will as well start service for lunch.
