Hi Pae, thanks for the info you sent. I am aware of this competitor and their technology. It is my understanding that their method requires the devices to be disassembled to many parts to be coated. They spray 4 chemicals on the device/components - they are not all 'non-toxic'. At the end of the prices, they also put silicone gel on all the connectors to further protect those connections. You could also do that with our coating, but maybe customers would not be happy if they open their phone and see gel all over it. Could also be a problem if they return it to store for other repair issue...
The Nebula coating is non-toxic and safe - I have attached the MSDS for you to review. i have also attached a list of Frequently Asked Questions for you to better understand our product. Our coating is also classified as Water-Resistant, just like Hashtag. The vacuum is necessary for our technology, and if you are not operating the system properly, their is a risk of problems with speakers and home button - we have had no problems at our retail location in LA.
