Build deep channel understanding from real life customer perspective, channel issues and trends - at chef, manager and diner level working closely with CMI. Share and develop this understanding throughout the sales organization to support solution selling approach
Assist in defining optimal product-basket for the Channel, annual plans and channel budget
Assist in setting the annual Channel Activation plan in line with Country Channel and Category Priorities
Implement activities (AVPs - activity value propositions) that help the customer and maximise growth
Work with Channel Marketing Manager to develop all Food Solutions selling materials in the channel, ensuring they closely mirror the Food Solutions selling approach & target customer so they are practical, relevant and useable. Incorporating & tailoring content from category mix teams.
Work with Category Mix team to adapt Category activation packs with local implementation
Assist Channel Marketing Manager in managing the external design house, event agency and supplier to ensure the smooth launch & implementation of channel activation
Define channel issues and opportunities
Create Channel drivers & jobs to be done
Build activities to maximise channel coverage & growth
Analysis & tracking performance and external catering data by channel
Implement and measure marketing campaigns in respective channel(s)
Input to sales volume forecasting from channel perspective
