To secure all contractual delivery fulfillments within the assigned Account.
The role is accountable for the end to end operational performance towards this account, including forecasting and securing targeted net sales and margins per contract as well as ensuring that Add-on Sales activities and Change Request handling are in focus.
Works together with the Account Manager to provide the resource requirement projection required to fulfill customer needs.
Defines the delivery strategies, together with the Competence Centre, for the assigned account.
Fosters the creation of a mindset towards the particular customer's KPIs for their business throughout the entire delivery organization.
Manages the project portfolio, including Projects and other non-project business.
Establishes the scope of project portfolio and ensures that the team delivers to the scope which includes managing variation to the scope with the client personnel through established change request process.
Manages the customer's expectation and alignment of the scope of the projects.
Establishes any project/portfolio specific reporting that is required to monitor the fulfillment of SLAs (if applicable).
Drives business review meetings with the customer and is responsible to present information, statistics and analysis on the performance of the projects/engagements during such meetings.
Plays a role in regular operational meetings with customer to understand issues and challenges faced within the projects.
Serves as gatekeepers for new requests to the team to ensure that they are within the scope of the engagement.
Establishes the end-to-end engagement processes with the customer identified personnel and ensures that the process is adhered.
