The Flood and Drought Management Tool (F&DMT) project is funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) International Waters (IW) and implemented by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), with the International Water Association (IWA) and DHI as executing agencies. The project aims at developing methodologies and tools including decision support systems (DSS) to incorporate information about floods and droughts and likely climate scenarios into planning. The project is being implemented from 2014 - 2018, and three pilot basins (Volta, Lake Victoria and Chao Phraya) have been identified for development and testing of the methodologies. http://fdmt.iwlearn.org/
