the dietary FP inclusion levels increased within each treatment (i.e.,low FP level at the starter period, medium FP level at the grower period, and high FP level at the finisher period) as the experiment progressed to limitdetrimental effects of included ANF on chickens' health and growth. All diets for
the 3 periods were isonitrogenous (218.2, 205.6, and
191.6 g CP/kg of the diet for the starter, grower, and
finisher period, respectively) and isoenergetic (13.02,
13.17, and 13.11 MJ of ME/kg of the diet for the starter,
grower, and finisher period, respectively), having the same level of the aminoacids Lys, Met, and Cys, according to NRC (1994) nutrient composition values.
