Just spoke to the agency once again. They do not want that Mr. Huber gets more angry and they think if he is happy now, do not speak about commission things and stuff concerning the agency to him.
If he want to continue without them, they will accept, very sadly, but they have no choice.
I just thought, that we could mentioned the booking in SynXis, because yesterday I worked hard to organize something for this client in your property and so on.
But finally that would be your decision at the end.
Just kindly let me know, if I can enter this “walk-in” reservation or not. At the end would be just the name of Mr. Huber without anything, because the client is already in your property.
I am sure that you would make his stay and his bad experience unforgettable anyway.
